Georgiana knows the value in mentoring. She has been lucky enough to have been mentored by exceptional BAs throughout her career to escalate her from a kitchen dishwasher to founding evolving BA.

She extends her knowledge and experience to mentees to upskill the next generation of Business Analysts.

She takes particular interest in up and coming BAs or those with transferrable skills with the right attitude. She prioritises people in the following groups

• women or non-binary genders
• identify as having disabilities 
• identify as LGBTQIA+
• person of colour.

Mentoring comes in the form of hour-long catch ups every 2-4 weeks starting with where you currently are in your career and where you would like to be. She’ll then use her experience to advise on the stepping stones to achieving those career aspirations. She can advise on specific tools or techniques to be explored, or technology methodologies and skills to apply next.

As Georgiana has worked across most roles in a portfolio office, she is well placed to advise a new BA in their next steps to achieve great things in their career.

Georgiana take on four mentees at a time for 3-6 months.
