Social Media is not just about scrolling through pictures of cats. There are other uses! Find out in this talk how a BA can utilise different social platforms to enhance their career. Covering LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and more. The bonus section is how to start your own podcast to communicate effectively. Georgiana has 300,000 listens to her podcast.
This talk takes one hour.
It can be delivered in person or virtually.
Georgiana is also an Organisational Change Manager and knows just the right tools from that role to apply to Business Analysis techniques. You’ll learn how to build Change into your processes, how to communicate in an engaging way, how to get the most out of your stakeholders. It’s up to a BA to safely transition stakeholders through system, process, or organisational change. With new and old techniques, the BA will be more empowered to apply change techniques with success.
This talk lasts 1 hour.
It can be delivered in person or virtually.
Georgiana is currently the BA Lead for an Asia Pacific Portfolio and was brought on board to develop a Centre of Excellence across the BAs in 11 countries.
This talk is how she is implementing this to align practices across all BAs in the region. They’re delivering international projects so it’s invaluable for stakeholders they receive documentation that is consistent from all projects. It’s important they experience the same level of service at every stage, regardless of the BA. She implemented a BPM tool for consistency across process mapping. She will share where she met resistance and where she met celebration.
Another benefit is internal learning and development pathways. Understanding the progression from a Junior BA to a Principal BA by learning from peers saves training costs and encourages best practice.
You can implement a COE whether you’re a team of 3, or spanning multiple countries, the benefits are still impactful and elevate the status of the BA in the organisation

Georgiana has a repertoire of Business focussed talks but she also draws on her own experience of living with diversity.
She can talk candidly about her experiences and take the listener on a journey through ups and downs and end on a high. She brings her career along for the ride and discusses how each of these topics have had an impact, positively or negatively.
She selects the topic based on an organisation’s preference or combines the diversity into one story, She brings the personal experience back to a point such as empowerment, organisational education, empathy.
She’s guaranteed to bring the house down with humour around even the most difficult subject.
- There were more men called Dave than women in the whole development team.
- She has bipolar disorder, depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and OCD but uses them as superpowers in her work and life.
- She can speak to trauma candidly but also how trauma made her the BA she is today.
- She lives with arthritis throughout her body which can be so troublesome she can’t wear her beloved high heels!
- She has a chronic pain condition called Fibromyalgia but powers through, making fun adaptions to her life
- She’s a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and yes, the membership does include sequins.
